Opener's Second Bid

Remember, you are always using your second bid to describe the SHAPE and point STRENGTH of your hand!

Opening a suit and the bidding a second suit tells Partner that you have 5+ in the first suit and 4+ in the second

Every time you re-bid the same suit you tell partner that you have one more card in that suit than you said last time

Only bid over the Barrier if you have 16+ points!
