Never let them play in One if you can make them play in Two!
When an opening bid is followed by two passes the Fourth seat should try to enter the bidding
The points are likely to be fairly evenly distributed and it may be that Partner has a reasonable hand but it may be the wrong shape to overcall or Double
You Borrow a King from your Partner (ie add 3 points to your hand)! You may make a 1NT bid with 11-14 HCP(not the 16+ you would need in the Second Seat).
To bid a suit you need length and quality (two honours)When Responding to a Fourth Seat bid remember that Partner has Borrowed a King from you, you have three fewer points now!
